Urban-Suburban Workouts



Tuesdays , March 29th-June 21st at World of Inquiry School, 200 University Ave., Rochester, NY.


In partnership with the Ease Elite AAU program, these basketball workouts will feature skill development and game play. Great opportunity for kids to play against and work with players from different areas!


Cost is $10 for city residents and $15 for non city residents (Pay at the door): 5:30pm - 7:15 co-ed ages 10-14

7:30 - 8:45 older boys 15+





Driveway Lessons: Individual Instruction



Fee: $45-50


Dates: Wednesdays, June 29th -August 10th, 9-1 PM

Program: Coach Smith will come to your home or nearby park for individual instruction! Each lesson is an hour in length.







Total Player Development: Individual Moves, Shooting + Vertimax training




Fee: 8 sessions- $149 (12 hours)

6 sessions- $135 (9 hours)

Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 12th- August 4th


High School, 3-4:30 PM,

Middle School 4:30-6 PM


What: Emphasis on 1 on 1 skills /scoring off the dribble and off the catch, + game situational shooting and small sided game play. VertiMax is used by 1000's of athletes worldwide who are training to jump higher, or just looking to maximize their athletic performance
