| Basketball Training ** Limited Space Available, Register NOW** Next Level Hoops strongly believes that to excel as a basketball player,athletes have to adhere to a strong workout regimen. Our high intensity workouts are sure to keep your skills sharp and help you get real results! Our programs are helpful for a college player home for the summer, a soon to be freshman college ball player and the aspiring middle and high school basketball player. All of our workouts are held at St. Monica's Gymnasium on 841 Genesee St. in Rochester, NY. Our programs are open to both males and females. NLH offers a variety of basketball workout options including: NLH Personalized Training This a dynamic and intense training option for High School and College males or females who are serious about improving their skills. Players can choose to work out individually, with a partner, or in a small group( three to five players). Each workout is approximately one hour long. Workouts are designed to meet the needs of the player involved. NLH Coaches can work with players on: ball-handling, shooting, 1 on 1 moves, defense, footwork, conditioning, strength, agility/quickness, and other areas that the client would like to enhance. All personalized appointments need to be scheduled with Coach Smith. He can be reached at (585) 271-5726. We also offer all athletes a free trial workout session to demonstrate how NLH can help them gain solid results. Again, call Coach Smith for more details. Individual Training 3 workout sessions -$95 Training times: ( sessions are 1 hour long) Call to schedule appointment *Cash or check payment only. Payment is due upon initial registration. No refunds. *2010 dates and times to be announced* This program, for males and females grades 6-8, meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm . Up and Comers features two workouts a week (total of 6 workouts) consisting of a combination of basketball and speed/ agility drills. This is a high energy, instructional program designed to improve the fundamentals of all young players involved! A maximum of 6 participants are allowed per session, with a low coach to player ratio. Note: Advanced 5th graders will be taken into consideration as well as beginner level players in 9th grade.** Price: $60/player, $55/ child for 2+ brothers/ sisters **Breakfast Club** Get up, and get better college players! NLH will be conducting our first ever early morning workouts twice/week this summer for college ball players. More details COMING SOON **IMPORTANT**: For Up and Comers and High school male sessions, players must attend their six workouts within a time frame of 35 days. After 35 days, if a player does not attend six workouts, his/her unused workouts will be forfeited. There are NO makeup workouts for group sessions. |
