| Basketball Training ** Limited Space Available, Register NOW** Next Level Hoops strongly believes that to excel as a basketball player,athletes have to adhere to a strong workout regimen. Our high intensity workouts are sure to keep your skills sharp and help you get real results! Our programs are helpful for a college player home for the summer, a soon to be freshman college ball player and the aspiring middle and high school basketball player. All of our group workouts are held at St. Monica's Gymnasium on 841 Genesee St. in Rochester, NY, very near to the University of Rochester. Individual sessions are also held at St. Monica's Church Gym .Our programs are open to both males and females. NLH offers a variety of basketball workout options including: NLH High School/College Group Workouts*( All held at St. Monica's Church Gym 841 Genesee St. Rochester, NY) This is a great opportunity to develop ball-handling, footwork and shooting skills as well as play against others in controlled scrimmages and game situations. This program is NOT for the beginner-level player. Workouts are intense with a player to coach ratio of 1:7 maximum. Each session is 5 weeks long. Players can choose to attend one day a week or twice a week. Twice/ week is recommended to reach maximum results. Spring Session 1- Sundays, April 15th- May 13th, 6:15-7:15 PM Thursdays, April 19th- May 17th, 6:15-7:15 PM Fee: $70, once/week $120, twice/week To pay by check: Register Here Up and Comers Program This program, for males and females grades 6-8, meets once to twice a week for an hour and fifteen minutes . This is a high energy, instructional program designed to improve the fundamentals of all young players involved! Workouts will feature a player to coach ratio of 1:6 maximum. Spring Session 1: 10-11:00 AM,March 24th, 31st, April 7th, April 21st, April 28th Note: Advanced 5th graders will be taken into consideration as well as beginner level players in 9th grade. NLH Personalized Training Offered year round(at RIT only).Held at RIT College and St. Monica's Church Gymnasium. This is a dynamic and intense training option for High School and College males or females who are serious about improving their skills. Players can choose to work out individually, with a partner, or in a small group( three to five players). Each workout is approximately 55 minutes long. Workouts are designed to meet the needs of the player involved. NLH Coaches can work with players on: ball-handling, shooting, 1 on 1 moves, defense, footwork, conditioning, strength, agility/quickness, and other areas that the client would like to enhance.
